Values & Beliefs

Jesus Christ
Through him and in him--all things are possible. We will always strive to "stay and do what Jesus said and did".

Worship
We exist to cause God Great Joy--our commitment to the quality, vitality and importance of worship will always show this.

The Bible
Our "shop manual" on how to accomplish everything in this Statement. We affirm the Bible as the true Word of God.

Our Faith
Our Presbyterian tradition calls us to the proclamation of Gospel; the shelter, nurture, and spiritual fellowship of the Children of God; the maintenance of divine worship; the preservation of truth; the promotion of social righteousness; and the exhibition of the Kingdom of Heaven to the world. We will do this with vibrancy, orderliness and decency.

Our Congregation
Our church is made from the Children of God. Our ministries, mission and "church business" will reflect this.

Our Youth
We hold in trust the future of our congregation, denomination, community and the world. Our youth ministry will be inclusive, relevant, bible-centered, maturity building and most of all, fun--led by the greatest "joy giver"--Jesus.

Our Leadership
We believe and affirm that our leadership will possess the calling, godly character, integrity, and relational skills to enact our vision and values.

Evangelism & Growth
Growth is not optional. It is commanded by Jesus. We exist to communicate the Word of God and share the Gospel of eternal life to all. We will be visionary, vocally persuasive missionaries of God.

Education & Communication
Jesus is the first and best "Great Communicator" and Educator. We will follow His lead in how we share and provide information. We will be intentional in creating opportunities for all to learn and understand the meaning of Christ's word and mission.

Stewardship
The Body of Christ grows through the exercise of our many resources. We will not set limits on or for ourselves in the following of God's call to ministry and mission.

Our Mission Statement

We are a friendly, multi-cultural congregation that welcomes all to worship with us as we glorify our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ; sing praises to God, the Father; and let the Holy Spirit guide our footsteps. As faithful witnesses to our Christian beliefs, we dedicate ourselves to worship, stewardship and discipleship. We will always endeavor to nurture the youth in our congregation to grow in their commitment to God and the Church and to become active participants in the life and work of the Church.
We commit ourselves to evangelism and mission to spread the good news of Jesus Christ to all people in a variety of ways in our community and beyond.
We will continue to be open to God’s presence, leading us into new pathways of ministry and service for the betterment of the community and to the glory of Jesus Christ our Savior.  -
